Any quote, order, or sale we transact is additionally governed by the specific terms we confirm with you in writing at the time. Where a written quote or order confirmation conflicts with a general statement on this site, the written document controls.
Use license
You may view, browse, and print pages of this site for your own internal business or personal reference. You may not copy, republish, scrape, resell, or use the content for a competing commercial purpose without our written permission. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, or use automated tools to overload our systems. We may suspend access for anyone who misuses the site.
Quotes & pricing disclaimers
Prices, specifications, weights, dimensions, grades, and photographs on this site are provided for general guidance and may not reflect current inventory. Used IBC totes vary unit to unit, so listings are representative rather than exact. Any quote we provide is an estimate valid for a limited time, is subject to product availability and inspection, and does not become binding until we issue a written order confirmation. We reserve the right to correct errors in pricing or descriptions, including after a quote is sent.
Product suitability & prior contents
Reused and reconditioned totes carry a prior-contents history. It is your responsibility to confirm that a specific tote grade, condition, and history is appropriate for your intended use, contents, and jurisdiction. We supply available documentation and grade information to help you decide, and we are glad to advise, but the final suitability determination rests with you. Do not use a tote for food, potable water, or sensitive applications unless it is supplied and documented for that purpose.
Orders & payment
An order exists only once we confirm it in writing. Payment terms, deposits, and accepted methods are stated on your quote or invoice. Title and risk of loss pass as set out in that document. We may decline or cancel an order — for example, where inventory is no longer available, where an error is discovered, or where we cannot verify the request — and in that case any payment made for the cancelled portion is refunded.
Shipping, transport & pickups
Delivery dates, freight quotes, and pickup windows are estimates and depend on carrier availability, route, and conditions outside our control. Unless your order states otherwise, you are responsible for a suitable delivery or pickup location, safe access, and any equipment needed to receive or load totes. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
Warranties & disclaimers
Except for any express warranty stated in a written order confirmation, all products and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components, or that any information on it is complete or current.
Limitation of liability

Governing law & disputes
These terms and any dispute arising from them or from your use of the site are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that the state and federal courts located in Ohio have exclusive jurisdiction, and you consent to venue there, unless a written order confirmation provides otherwise.
Severability & waiver
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
