Which states do you serve?
We serve all 48 contiguous US states from our hub in Berea, Ohio — 44017. We do not currently ship to Alaska or Hawaii. Find your state below for local coverage, lead times, and the cities we deliver to.
How fast can I get IBC totes?
It depends on distance from Ohio. Midwest deliveries often arrive in 1–2 business days on our own trucks; the Northeast runs 2–3 days; the South 2–4 days; and the West 3–5 days via carrier freight. We confirm a firm window in writing with every quote.
Do you pick up used totes nationwide?
Yes. Our buyback and reverse-logistics service covers the lower 48. For qualifying quantities we arrange the truck and handle the lifting — you just palletize the empties.
Is there a minimum order to my area?
No hard minimum. We ship single totes by LTL and full truckloads of 40+ on dedicated freight. Volume and distance shape pricing, so tell us your ZIP and quantity for an exact quote.
